A Few Important Notes
- These services are designed for high-quality, specialty garments. We do not offer hemming, zipper replacement, or fast-fashion repairs.
- Prices listed are estimates. Final cost depends on materials, complexity, and timeline.
- A 50% deposit is required to begin any project. Balance due at completion.
- Rush service (less than 5 business days) is subject to availability and incurs a +30% premium.
- Not all garments are salvageable. We will always advise honestly and respectfully if we believe a piece cannot be saved.
- All work is performed by our in-house couture team, led by ENSAID-trained master seamstress Sandra. Nothing is outsourced.
- We reserve the right to decline work that does not align with our standards of quality or ethics.
