Every custom order at Patronologia is a collaboration. Here’s exactly how it works — from first message to final delivery.

1. Consultation & Planning

We start with a conversation to understand your goals, inspirations, and program. Whether you have a vision in mind or need creative direction, we’ll guide you through your options — design, color, fabric, and performance considerations.

2. Sketch & Design Approval

Once a $100 USD non-refundable deposit is received, we’ll provide a preliminary sketch for your review (within 10 days). This sketch forms the base of the final design. Minor changes are included; extensive redesigns may require an additional fee.

3. Measurements

We’ll send detailed instructions for taking accurate measurements at home. You may also schedule a video call for live support. If you are local to our workshop, an in-person fitting is available.

4. Dress Creation

After sketch approval and written authorization, we begin constructing your garment. All pieces are lined, hand-finished, and crafted from high-performance fabrics sourced per project. We do not work from templates.

5. Final Delivery

You’ll receive photos and a video preview before shipping. Each dress is carefully packed and shipped via DHL with tracking.

6. Support After Delivery

We’re available for any follow-up questions or care concerns. While our pieces are built to endure, we want you to feel confident wearing and maintaining them long-term.
