1. Initial Consultation
Our process begins with a consultation to discuss your inspirations, performance requirements, and budget. Whether you have a specific design in mind or need creative guidance, we’ll work closely with you to understand your vision.
2. Concept Development
To initiate the design process, a non-refundable deposit of 200 USD is required. Once we receive your deposit, we’ll present you with a preliminary sketch for your review, within approximately 10 days.
3. Measurements
We’ll provide detailed instructions on how to measure yourself accurately. You can also schedule a video call if you require extra assistance. Alternatively, if you are located near our workshop, you can opt for a fitting session.
4. Dress Creation
Once we receive your signed authorization, we get to work. Every dress is meticulously constructed with attention to detail, ensuring it meets our high standards of quality and durability.
5. Final Delivery
Once your custom figure skating dress is ready, we’ll send you a video and photos. Then we’ll package it with care and deliver it to you via DHL.
A) Final payment must be received before we ship.
B) Shipping costs are included.
C) Taxes and duties are NOT included. Customers are responsible for taxes & duties if applicable within your country.
